What is happening to you sounds exactly like what was happening to my son. Get that allergy test! And if it's not food, try inhalants (dustmites, weeds, trees, grasses, molds, etc.) and chemicals. My son is completely symptom free at this time, but he has to be absolutely vigilant. If he inadvertantly eats the wrong thing his fingers start to tingle and he gets drowsy. He also starts to loose cognitive function. He is very aware of the difference now between feeling good and feeling lousy, so he does everything he can to avoid those offending foods! He also has not been sick with the flu, etc, since we "cleaned him up". Let me know how your test goes. I can help with food labels if in fact you have food allergies. Good Luck!
