I am so glad to have found this sight, thankyou everyone for sharing. I have been taking Provigil 200mg in the morning since 5/3/99 and have cut down to 10mg ritilin in the evening. I should start my period within the next few days. The hardest thing for me is to tell when I'm tired or if I'm just feeling depressed. I constantly feel like I'm struggling to stay out of the deep whole of depression. This constant mental battle has increased over the last few days. I talked to my doctor today and I am supposed to increase the Provigil by taking a second 200mg dose at 11am. I was tempted to ask him about female cycles and if that could be making a difference, but I didnt. Thankyou for sharing. I would be greatful to recieve any feedback
