Thankful.......

I am thankful to you all for your postings, esp. about your progress with new meds. I have only tried Cylert. I still feel like I'm in a daze most of the time. My Dr doesn't want to try anything new because there are not enough studies on them yet (he says). Reading about other people's symptoms helps me feel a little less crazy about mine. All the different tips for coping are helpful too. I still have a problem with other people understanding that this is serious. Most people think you have to fall asleep in the middle of a conversation to have N. Luckily, my husband & kids are supportive. My extended family & co-workers can't understand why I nap or will only drive short distances. (After all, a lot of people feel tired during the day, right?) They think it's the blues or worse yet, laziness. Thanks again for your advice.
