It's a benzodiazapene isn't it? Hmm I spent a month on Temazepan once, I didn't find it very pleasant - terrible hangover and it made me depressed. Aside from that I could quite happily take two and sit up all night reading.
It's the same with Diphenhydramine - some nights they help me sleep, other nights they might as well have been speed.
27 years of insomnia, thing is has the insomnia caused the narcolepsy or has the narcolepsy caused the insomnia?
