Your words are a God-send. I am going into a meeting with an "unconcerned" boss tomorrow. I will use your tactic - I think it is brilliant and right on target. I am worried about losing my job, but never thought about actually pushing for a formal reprimand as a permanent record. I can't force my boss to sign anything, but this would certainly work. I guess we all have to think creatively in all of this. You have brightened my day!
