I am becoming increasingly distressed at the lack of protection that we seem to have under the ADA. I am looking into legal action and was told that in reality there is very little protection from punative messures by a company who percieves a complaint as "trouble-making." I was pretty disturbed to hear this, but was also thankful that the woman was honest in her assessment on how much the ADA is actually able to give protection. I work for a company that seems to have pink slips waiting for things like this.....not sure what I'll do. If anyone from the EEOC is reading all of this...please respond. Thanks
