Susan, Ritalin doesn't seem to affect my appetite at all. In fact I can't figure out why some days I can't get enough to eat, and others I have no appetite. But usually I am hungry allot and have to really watch it. I have always craved simple carbohydrates. I don't keep cookies or sweets in the house because I'll eat the whole box within 24 hours. Especially when I am real tired. So again as you probably have already heard, medicines affect everyone differently. I think we all have unique internal functions, the same way our appearances vary.
