Sorry to hear about you getting SP so much. I only get it rarely and am rather frightened by it.
I did read recently that you may be able to cough whilst the sleep paralysis occurs as the paralysis only affects the voluntary muscles. Perhaps this could help you out of a paralysis.
I wonder whether anti-depressents might work as they do for cataplexy. I believe that both cataplexy and sleep-paralysis work in the same way. You have sleep-paralysis a sufficient amount to justify treatment I would have thought
Please let us know if the coughing works. I would love to have some kind of secret weapon to deal with SP! Thanks.
