Stage 1 Sleep and voices

Posted by Donna on December 11, 2000 at 08:16:25:

For the past four nights, I thought I had not gotten any sleep as I would lay there and hear voices asking me questions, and talking for what seemed until daylight. I have taken my meds on schedule and I get myself up and going. I even tried skipping a nap thinking I must be sleeping to much. Not...... I ran across the Narcolepsy Network printout of symptoms. It just refreshed my memory that this does happen. I needed to hear that as I just get to thinking I am doing something wrong and that is why I am not getting the sleep I should. It has been gruesome and I just dread going to bed as I feel like I am not sleeping. Just thought I would express this in case someone is having what seems like an out of control symptoms. It did me good to look at the list as it is comprehensive and much of what I experience. I am not sure why it is worse right now, but I think it is the stress of the divorce.
