I also live in oregon , after moving here I found the tight ass thing with the meds made life impossible. if I am going to run out of meds I want it to be planed and for good reason. Haveing back up meds is important because sooner or later something will definately go wrong, like your doc gets sick or you do, family emergency etc.. I have also noticed that Psychiatrist aren't anywhere near as tight ass as neurologists. Finaly I find the idea of running out of cataplexy meds much more terrifying than stimulants. What I don't get is why they are being so tight with provigil (its not like it's ritalin or dexadrine)
