Yes, I lost weight on Ritalin. Since I started at 155, and my family has a history of skinnyness, it was especially bad for me. I was at 140 before I realized it.

Here's the answer, get a prescription for Reglan. It is a great appetite stimulant. A half hour after you take it your stomach is quite empty and you WILL eat. And after a year on that, i've reduced it's use anyway to just a few times a week. Without it I know I would have looked like someone from a third world prison camp eventually. I just plain old did not get hungry without it! There isn't a pound of body fat anywhere on me left, so I know I was starting to burn muscle too.

Provigil has the appetite suppression effect too, but I was prepared for it beforehand before I started on that.

I get sore doing physical things I used to do easily, but working out is slowly building that back up. DO NOT just let it keep dissapearing!

PS, anybody need about 10 pairs of used slacks?
