old GHB argument. I just had to vent!

Steve.....maybe you should do your homework a little better.
Look, my mother has been taking "gamma" for years. She takes GHB and goes to bed and gets some of the first restfull sleep in 20 years. I'll tell you she is a whole lot better off than she was laying in bed, halucinating, unable to move, cataplexy attacks anywhere and at anytime. I used to see my mother when I was a kid with pickle jar size bottles filled with uppers and downers. Day after day, year after year, up down, up down. All this to put some toast in the toaster for our breakfast. On occasion she might have had the energy to sit with us for a minute or two before she slipped off in her chair again. Hell ya GHB is a danger in the wrong hands....but you can't actually wish to see someone in desperate need go without a medication because some teen age "ravers" are out for kicks!? If it's not GHB its any number of things. Should we ban them all?
My mothers life has been changed so much for the better. Unfortunateley people like you have ensured her supply has been cut off by the federal govt. (canada)
