It's like the alarm deaf people use

Sunlight and Robbar,

I worked with deaf and hearing-impaired people for a while and tried their vibrating alarm once. Like Sunlight's wonderfully inventive massage "creation" (kudos on your ingenuity), it goes under your pillow and rings at a certain time. I think that this might help because it feels like your in the worst earthquake when it goes off. You could also have the backup, safety alarm that is far away. When you get up to shut it off, I suggest that you pop your stims right then and there. I find that this helps me because I know that even if I feel like crawling to and into bed at that moment, that the stims will kick in and I instead focus on the nap I will have later versus this second.

Canine.
