Your not alone. Sometimes I get so irritable that
if I don't exit the room I'm in I feel that I will say or do someething I will regret latter. The irritability is usually a sign for me that I'm in need of a nap. Kind of like a Diabetic might seem more irritable when have a low blood sugar. I think it's chemical thing. All's I do know is after the nap I feel like a human being again.
