I had a bad reaction to adderall at 60 mlg. My skin broke out with thesse awful sores that hurt to even splash water on. I look like i was 12 again but these were not just on my face but all over and in my hair. And they were not zits but filled with blood and lasted for months before healing. The drs have no idea what to do as they have none about what to do with our illness. I still take adderall at 40 mg a day along with 200mg of ritalin and 400mg of provigil not to mention the two anti depressents, muscle relaxers, and meds they think will help my skin. What a laugh. They cure nothing they simple continue to drug me up to fix one problem and more for a different. Instead they keep me in a comatose stage to keep awake, which is not true always, then the side effects are awful, i can't take my naps because i am on so much speed but yet i have no energy to do anything, barely function on them, and usually only able to function somewhat for about 4 hrs a day. Depending on your severity will depend on your reaction to the drugs. Unfortuantely i am severe enough the drs don't know what to do because the drugs barely work but then again they don't work.
