Narcotic Use

Hello -

My question is does anyone have experience or know of someone who uses narcotics for pain maintenance and also has symptoms of narcolepsy? I have been on a codeine derivative for a long time and really have sleep episodes during the day and also driving. Anybody else out there with the same experiences?
