I've had the same problem for years and still haven't found the perfect solution. I have found the wind-up alarm clocks to be the loudest (if you can stand the tick tock) and they don't have that evil snooze button. I'm up to 4 alarms and it's been quite a while since I've been late for work. I have one by the bed, one in the bathroom and the other two around the bedroom. I followed a suggestion from another posting and set the alarms a few minutes apart. That way when I unknowingly turn the 1st one off and go back to sleep, another is going off before long. Lately I don't even need the 4th one to go off. Good luck.
