For me, on the other hand, Paxil completely eliminated my anxiety AND severl phobias while I was taking it. It was the most amazing thing to have no fear through an entire summer. But then, I changed doctors, didn't follow up on keeping the stuff, and never went back on it until I started a really small dose a few months ago. I hope I get the same effect this time! :)
