Oh yeah I can totally relate to this. Unfortunately not only am i irritable when tired but i get that way when i can no longer function properly and am on my down slope for the day. Not too mention the crazy amounts of drugs. I cry alot and get so angry. Half the time i am not even sure why. My husband deals with it so well and tries to comfort me in this time. I am like a two year old at that point. I am beinging to feel i live on a rollarcoaster with all of this. One minuete asleep the next awake and non functioning and freaking over everything in my life big and small. I totally have the feelings you do about other people when i get this way. And yeah a "good night's sleep" does not help us because there is no such thing. You are not nuts by far.
