recently when in bed i suddenly went really cold, i had never been so cold in all my life. After a miniute of wondering what the hell was happening I began to hear load shouts and I couldnt move at all, i tried to scream but no sound came out. What made this worse was after both of the above a big black figure apeared out of nowhere and walked towards me. Ever since that day i have always slept with the door wide open and for a month after the incident I couldn't go to sleep without t he light on. Please will u tell me what the hell is happening to me, this wasnt the first time something like this has happened to me, when i was about 9 I woke up in hte night with the same cold feeling but it wasnt as intense as the last time. Have I got something seriously wrong with me or is what ive got quite common? Please let me know because I am going crazy trying to understand what happened that night.

Steven
