Hello!
Have you considered trying some of the older, yet safe Tricyclic Antidepressant drugs, like Vivactil, etc? They CAN have their annoying side effects such as dry mouth and if your at risk, some cardiac complications, but for most of my patients, they work well, clear up the skin (my teenage patients like that part) and I have had no reports of hair loss.
Now, with that being said, Paroxetine, Fluoxetine, Sertraline (Paxil, Prozac and Zoloft) respectively, I have had some patients complain of hair loss, especially the ladies find this very upseting, and with just cause.
