Yes, I've used provigil 400mg and I never experienced dry mouth. It does have a short half life though. It's worth a try though. You may not have the dry mouth symptom. Provigil has been the only medicine I have not had complications with. I also drink a lot of water, so I may not have noticed dry mouth symptoms. Good luck!
