Yes, I agree to your opinion that maybe there is a abnormal function in recepor cells for narcoleptic patients without cataplexy. I am also a nacoleptic patient without cataplexy. Did the scientists in Stanford University tell you something about the possible cause for narcoleptic patients without cataplexy in detail?
