Under the FMLA if a company knows that you have a disable it is there job to tell you about FMLA you get up to 480 hr. of time off a year, it can be taking in 15 min. intervals if that is what you need.but a company has to have 100 employee's with in 75 miles to make you eligable. you can contact the department of wages and hours that is who handles FMLA they should be able to help you
