hello to everybody i am due to have a sleep study in about 2 months time .I saw a specialist the other day and he felt that what i was describing to him sounded very much like narcolepsy EDS SP and maybe slight cataplexy .Anyway the thing that makes me feel not so sure it is narcolepsy is i dont fall asleep very quickly it takes approx 30mins i told him this and he aid that didnt matter it was how quickly you entered REM sleep I would love to hear anybodys views on this Also do you have to fall asleep on every nap during the MSLT test. If anybody can help me with this i will be very gratefull. thanks
