Tired of being NARC-ED!!!

HELP!!! Provigil(800mg)not working! anything better? Can't stay awake anymore. within two weeks I went from 400mg to 800mg Provigil. Worried about losing job because I can't stay awake!Getting frustrated. Any good Docs in southeastern Ohio?
