"my vivid dreams..
create effective schemes....
to suck me back into their compelling, larger than life, action thriller/killer, alternative reality dimensions."

imagine what it's like to roll over, go to sleepnet, (i have webtv hooked up bedside so i don't have to go to my pc to get on line) and read a perfect description of exactly what i'm feeling at the moment... exactly....whew!

that sounds like a lot of meds but each of us is different and that may be the best combo for you. you're really fortunate to have a dr willing to work with you to find what works best. i did provigil for nearly 2 years and am back on ritalin as it at least gives me the boost it takes to get
and stay going. provigil just made me feel stupid and unaware of what was going on around me (i've paid dearly for that)
somewhere there's a lifestyle/med mix combo that works and i hope you find it. be carefull mixing and keep in mind that tired OR wired has one benefit. --you know what you are at the moment--
really enjoyed your post. there are others here who, like you, have a way with words that create a degree of peacefullness for the rest of us because they say (describe) what we feel but can't verbalize. that is when we know for sure we're not alone in our struggle. please join us more often.
