I have tried the mouth piece, and it NEVER stays in my mouth all night. and yes, my teeth are already worn down. My father also grinds his teeth, and he has almost NO bottem teeth left. I also suspect my father is N. I seemed to get all of the bad genes from my dad. THANKS DAD!
