speech dificulties

Been having a real dificulty speaking the past 2 days. I have been stuttering, and saying things like cat, when I ment to say dog, and in when I ment to say out, or food when I ment drink. Its been really REALLY wierd! Also speech a little slurred. Is this somthing that can relate to N. I know the slurred speech can be, but what about the others? Or should I be worried about somthing else going on nuerologicly?
