Sleeping horribly!

Posted by Leah on May 20, 2001 at 03:30:34:

Hey everyone, it is very early in the morning here, and I only went to bed a little over 2 hours ago. I layed down about 15 till three. had one of those peralysis things, started hearing voices...........I FEEL SO CRAZY! Of the things I have heard about this, it says you hear things like monsters and growling. But tonight I ehard a bunch of women talking loudly, I couldn't understand them they were all talking over each other as if trying to be the one heard. In the past I have also heard things like babies crying........but the most popular is someone calling my name. After i got stuck in that, I must have had like 50 dreams! I tend to have those dream dream within a dreams ones alot. Or the ones where you think you wake up. Cuz I remember dreaming that I woke up and couldn't move, but I was trying to see the clock. When I finally saw the clock it said 7:30am. But when I TRUELY wokd up it was on 45 min past the time I had just layed down. This was the first time that I actually saw a clock after one of these "epesods" and how long is it "supposed" to take to reach REM?

Any way, I went back to sleep, and now I have woken up again, I woke up almost throwing up. I am not feeling well. I'm not sure if it is somthing I ate or what. But it was a very rude awaking.

So since I can't sleep, I thought I would come on here and post. It makes since to me. hehe. I hope you all rested well. and are feeling MUCH better than I am, I will post again soon.
