Thanks for the info but the Dex I am taking is slow release! I remember the pharmacist telling me not to take it too late as it is a slow release formula and lasts for approx. 12 hours! This is the reason why I need to up the dosage! But thanks for the heads up on the difficulty sleeping at night - I'll mention it to my doc when I get a stronger prescription and maybe he'll give something to help me sleep at night also!!!
