Sounds like cataplexy to me. I have a very, very mild case where my head and neck go tingly then just go. I have never had any other body parts go out before though so, maybe, i dunno? As for the stuttering, I do it all the time. Especially on D.H.'s as I am doing today. Your best bet is to ask the doc about depression first, see what he says and move to the "jerks" next. Talking to doctor's can be a pain, or an art, depends on how you look at it. Good Luck!
