I personally don't know of any labs that do the test, however, originally being from ohio, just a geographic guess, that since you're near Columbus, is it possible that maybe OSU is doing some research on it/or their hospital does it. Also, you may want to check the list of sleep centers on this site, and maybe you'll locate a resource near columbus...
