micro-sleep episodes

Posted by student on June 27, 2001 at 19:54:44:

Hi everyone~

So I was talking with a doc I know, about these 'episodes' I've been having...and the doc commented that one possiblity of what I've been "suffering" from are episodes of "micro-sleep".

I was wondering if anyone here knew exactly what micro-sleep is? is it a type of N? (I don't have C...so is it a form of atypical N?)

I'm really wondering about this, as my sleep docs now want me to go back to the neurologists for diagnosis of a possible seizure disorder..........sigh.......
