He thinks too much!

Can anyone relate to this? My fiance often tells me he can't sleep at night because he's "thinking too much", that his mind can not rest because ideas and thought keep racing into his head. Does this make sense to anyone??

He's an undiagnosed narcalepic, after we're married he'll be on my insurance and can have a real sleep test.
