UHM- its like 4:30 AM my time have been awake for an hour this time.... woke up to "hearing my cat cry" .... my dream of riding in my car keeping pace with the old man while he was on the bike...... we conversed and i am very sure i did this outloud....
For me the thinking too much comes from dreaming, or rather it is the dreaming and the auditory part of hypnogogic hallucinations for me... the cat really wasnt there, i checked after i was able to move from the paralysis and the old man was sound asleep and i am going to go myself.
i completely understand what the B/F says
Peace and Sleep Well
Sammy
