#1 - I was not prepared. I forgot my shorts. Please, for the love of all that is Good, so once again I offer the only advice I can for a sleep study: Remember your shorts.

#2 - Not sure how to answer that. SP is pathological REM but without it, my SP is less frequent while my dreams are *more* vivid. So the answer is yes and no. Technically.

#3 - I don't get sleep attacks any more. Got a bag of tricks (and some psychological sleep disorder) that helps keep me awake but destroys my circadian rhythms. I am still always tired, and I crave sugar constantly and am always sick to my stomach.
