I agree with "Student", get a MSLT.If at all possible get to a sleep clinic as soon as possible and get some help.I do now what you are going through. I thouht I was crazy for two yr. My GP Dr. did not send me to a sleep clinic told me it was depression. When I hit a tree with a school bus after falling asleep at the wheel I took it apon myself to make an appt. I have sleep apnea and N.
