When I get a good belly laugh I feel like I've had one to many!!!!! No kidding I get weak in the knees and my head is so heavy I can hardly hold it up.... the effect makes me laugh even harder and my speach begins to slur, those around me aren't aware that this is due to narcolepsy which makes me laugh all the harder as they look at me like I'm insane.
