provigil-side effects

I have recently been prescribed provigil. the first day i felt more energy and clearer in my head. However, i did NOT sleep for 2 days. Today i took the provigil (200 mgs ) and my throat feels very tight and I feel a stiffnes in my arms- also i feel agitated. I have been prescribed ritilin in the past not for narcolepsy or add but for deppresion. after trying almost all of the anti-deppresent category my dr. tried me on ritilin for deppession. Ihad very good results taking 20mg SR 2 times per day. My new doctor (i have moved) has taken me off the ritilin and switched me to provigil. HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THESE SIDE-EFFECTs (esp. the tight throat and jaw?) ALSO IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE TAKING THIS FOR DEPRESSION? thanks for any comments.
