They want to take away my licence

Posted by Jennifer in Canada on August 14, 2001 at 14:31:02:

I have been through 3 sleep studies all have indicated that I have some unknown sleep disorder in addition to partial narcolepsy. (which means, that I have demonstrated SOME of the narcolepsy indicators). I have not demonstrated any of the obvious and outward manifestations of the disease, yet my sleep study (MSLT) results indicates that I possess some of the symptoms. The doctors has decided to treat my condition as he would normally treat narcolepsy. - Which means that I will lose my drivers license. I have never fallen asleep at the wheel or halucinated, therefore can they do this? Can I fight this?

Please help
