Well, I'm not sure if I have sleep paralysis or not...but... I will wake up from dreams in a very disorented state. I will have to look around to make sure that I'm awake and not still in the dream then I'm fine. It only lasts a few seconds and I don't have halucinations at all but I experience paranoia for a few minutes after one of these episodes.
