i now what you mean
when i come out of sp, i can lay back down and with out even closing my eyes again i go back into it.
that kinda freaks me out sometimes
even if i get up and walk around, it can still happen like that---while im lying there awake

if you are anyone else has found anything to prevent sleep paralysis, id really like to hear about it
