Contents of Provigil?

Hi!
Does anyone know what Provigil is made of? What makes it work, like for instance amphetamine i Ritalin, sort of?
I need this to fill in a form to obtain this med and I can`t find the information on the Cephalon page (isn`t that kind of strange?)
And while I`m at it: Does anyone know how Provigil functions?
