Insomnia symptoms

From what I understand, many people with N have the same types of troubles falling asleep. I am a terrible sleeper. I can lay there for hours trying to drift off to sleep. Reading to pass the time does nothing to make me sleepy. Then, after about 3 or 4...I'm out like a light! Course, then I have to wake up in 3 hours. ...sigh...

Anyway, this isn't unusual.
