I'm not quite sure I have the same thing going on. Maybe it's something different. I normally don't dream...that I remember anyway at night. I used to work from home and moved to the office. BIG mistake. I am jsut coming to the realization that this may be my problem. I am always tired. I fall asleep driving to work. If left alone, I will at some point during the day "wake" although I don't knw that I'm asleep, to see that the entire 8 hour day has come and gone and I haven't done a thing!! It's very frustrating to my boss. I will eventually loose my job or crash my car. My quesiton however under this subject is that when I am coming around out of this "sleep" state, I can't move and or respond to anyone. It really frightens my kids alot. Is this the smae as sleep paralysis? I don't remember a dream. I just am suddenly there and don't know for how long or why.
