you know what's funny? Althought the light has always bothered me since EDS symptom onset, I've never had the problem sleeping at night, until I began daytime treatment for narcolepsy. What's fuunier, is although I'm more alert during the day on meds, than I used to be, I have those same disjointed periods of sleep, especially between 12 and 3 am. It makes no sense to me, because my meds are well worn off by about 8 to 9 pm. So I guess if ya wanna be somewhat awake during the daytime, ya gotta sacrifice your nighttime sleep. LOL. I don't get it. never was a problem, before treatment.
