other symptoms

I have had narcolepsy and caaplexy since i was 15 and i am now 24. Over the past 6 months or so i've started to experience strange symptoms that i can find no detail of anywhere. My neurologist has put it don to the cataplexy. I get little'cut outs' in the morning and at night when i'm waking about. They only last a second but it feels strange i can't really explain. i also get shocks in my hands now and again. my hands shake all the time. does anybody else have strange symptoms other than the norm?
