Marc - Apparently, I don't have HH or SP bad. Hate to see what bad is! When it does occur it is usually limited to weard sounds before I drift to sleep and right before I come to in the a.m. I've heard turkey's gobbling, gunshots, snapping/popping sounds coming from inside my head (like an electric "snapping" kind of sound), loud thuds and sounds (when I get up to check out the house, everything is fine) and other similar strange noises. Also, when I close my eyes to sleep, it's like watching a video. I see purplish/pinkish/red colors swirling around. Sometimes I can change to color just by thinking about it. If I'm really tired, I'll see a lot of images flashing before my eyes. It can be really weard things like computer keyboards, a native indian slapping a baby's butt, faces (hundreds of them), colors and shapes. They flash by me real fast, kind of reminds me of Madonna's Ray of Light Video. It's worse when I'm really tired, on the flip side it is pretty cool. Sometimes when this is going on, I open my eyes and I can still see the images. Strange huh? What happens to you? Jeanne
