When I went in to my do a polysomnagram recently, for the study I'm in, the sleep tech showed me that I had had a few incidents of my legs kicking throughout the night. I'm not surprised, just elated to find some other odd symptom to add to the already long list!
Also, sometimes, at night, I'll catch myself in some sort of jerking movement, like kicking, and I think it is me responding to my HH, maybe fighting off some vision or giant inspect. Particularly if I'm trying to come out of paralysis. But I don't think that's what they recorded from the test above. I think it was in a deeper phase of sleep.

Talk to y'all later!
